Why Authorization Matters: For everyone's safety and security, only verified companies can access our platform. Completing the authorization process ensures a trusted environment for all users.
Getting Started
- Open the Registration Page: Go to the Pickup2 Dashboard and click "Create Account" or navigate directly to the registration page.
- Already have an account? Click "Sign in" at the bottom of the form to go to the login page.
Completing the Registration Form
I am a (User Type)
Select the role that best represents your business: Shipper, Carrier, or Forwarder. This choice determines which platform features you'll have access to.
Company Name
Enter your company name exactly as it appears in official records.
Country
Choose the country where your company's main office is located.
VAT Number
Provide your company's tax or VAT number. Accurate tax information helps maintain a secure and credible environment.

Postal Code
Enter the postal code of your company's headquarters.
Street Address
Provide the full address of your main office, including street name and house/building number.
Phone Number
Add a reliable contact number with your country code. This can serve as a primary or backup communication method.
Enter a valid business email address. This will become the primary contact for your company account.
Password
Create a secure password and confirm it. Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character
Terms of Service
Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before proceeding.
Create Your Account
Click the "Create Account" button to submit your registration. You will then be redirected to the email verification step.
After successful registration and email verification, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know your account is set up and ready to use.
