Getting Started
- Visit Our Homepage: Go to pickup2.com
- Sign Up: Click the orange "Sign Up" button located in the upper-right corner.

Completing the Registration Form
User Type
Select the role that best represents your business (e.g., Shipper, Carrier, Forwarder). This choice determines which platform features you'll have access to. Once authorized, the email you provide becomes the primary contact for your company.
Company Name
Enter your company name exactly as it appears in official records.
Country
Choose the country where your company's main office is located.
VAT Number
Provide your company's tax or VAT number. Accurate tax information helps maintain a secure and credible environment.

Postal Code
Enter the postal code of your company's headquarters.
Street and House Number
Provide the full address of your main office, including street name and house/building number.
Phone Number
Add a reliable contact number. This can serve as a primary or backup communication method.
Email and Password
Creating a Secure Password:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character
Email Verification: After registration, you'll receive a verification email:
Click the verification link in your email to activate your account. This verified email will be your primary contact point for all future communication.
