Reset Process
Access Reset Page
Navigate to the login page and click "Forgot Password?"
Enter Your Email
- Provide the email address linked to your account
- Click the blue "Reset Password" button to proceed
Check Your Inbox
We'll send you an email with reset instructions
Remember to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox!
Use the Reset Link
- Click the secure reset link in your email
- Link validity: 1 hour from the time of request
- Request a new link if expired
Set New Password
Create a new secure password that:
- Contains minimum 8 characters
- Includes at least one uppercase letter
- Includes at least one lowercase letter
- Includes at least one number
- Includes at least one special character
Complete
You're all set! Log in with your new password to access your account.
