Password Reset Guide

Forgot your password? Don't worry! Follow this simple guide to regain access to your account using a secure 6-digit verification code.

Reset Process

Open the Forgot Password Page

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link located below the password field.

Enter Your Email

  • Type the email address linked to your Pickup2 account
  • Click the blue "Send Reset Link" button

For your security, we show the same confirmation whether or not an account exists with that email.

Check Your Inbox for the Code

We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your email.

  • The code is valid for 15 minutes
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it
  • You have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter the code correctly

Enter the 6-Digit Code

You'll be redirected to the verification page. Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click "Verify Email".

Didn't receive the code? Click "Resend Code" — a short cooldown (60s, then longer) protects your account from abuse.

Set Your New Password

Once the code is verified, enter your new password twice to confirm it.

Your new password must:

  • Contain at least 8 characters
  • Include at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • Include at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • Include at least one number (0–9)
  • Include at least one special character (e.g. ! @ # $ %)

Click "Reset Password" to save the change.

You're Done

Your password has been reset successfully! You'll be redirected to the login page automatically — sign in with your new password.

For your security, you will be signed out of all devices after resetting your password. Log in again on each device you use.

Troubleshooting

Having Issues?

If something doesn't work as expected:

  • Double-check the email address you entered
  • Look in your spam/junk folder for the code
  • Make sure you enter the code within 15 minutes
  • Request a new code if you run out of attempts
  • Confirm your new password meets all the requirements above
  • Clear your browser cache and try again

After 5 failed reset requests, access will be temporarily blocked for 30 minutes to protect your account.
