Email Verification Process
Secure your PickUp2 account by verifying your email address. This simple process ensures the security and authenticity of your account.
Verification links are valid for 1 hour after being sent. You'll need to request a new one if it expires.
Step-by-Step Verification
- Check Your Inbox
Open the email inbox for the address you provided during registration. The verification email should arrive within a few minutes.
- Find the Confirmation Email
Look for an email from PickUp2 with the subject line "Confirm Your Email Address". If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the Confirmation Link
Click the "Confirm Email" button in the email. Remember that this link will only be valid for 1 hour from when the email was sent.
- Verification Status
Upon successful verification, you'll see a confirmation message and be automatically logged in. If the link has expired, you'll be redirected to enter your email again.
Resending Verification Email
If your verification link has expired or you need a new one, follow these steps:
Request New Verification
- Click the expired verification link in your email
- You'll be redirected to the verification page
- Enter your email address in the form
- A new verification email will be sent with a fresh 1-hour validity period
