Email Verification Process

Secure your Pickup2 account by verifying your email address. After registration, you'll be asked to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your email.

Verification codes are valid for 15 minutes after being sent. You'll need to request a new one if it expires.

Step-by-Step Verification

  1. Enter the Verification Code

After registration, you'll be redirected to the verification page. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address.

  1. Find the Verification Email

Open the email inbox for the address you provided during registration. Look for an email from Pickup2 containing your 6-digit verification code. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Verification Email with Code

  1. Submit the Code

Enter all 6 digits in the input fields. The form will auto-submit once all digits are entered, or you can click the "Verify Email" button.

Resending Verification Code

If your verification code has expired or you didn't receive it:

Request New Code

  1. Click "Didn't receive the code?" on the verification page
  2. Click the "Resend Code" button
  3. A new verification code will be sent with a fresh 15-minute validity period

What Happens Next?

After successful email verification, you'll need to complete the company verification process before you can access the full dashboard.
