Browse & Book Fleet Offers

Looking for a truck instead of posting a load? The Fleet Offers list is where carriers publish their available vehicles. Browse, filter, and book directly — or open chat to negotiate.

Open the Fleet Offers List

From the sidebar

Click "Fleet Offers" in the sidebar. You'll land on /fleet-offers.

What You See

Each card in the list shows at a glance:

  • Loading → unloading locations
  • Available From / To dates
  • Vehicle type and capacity
  • Price (flat or per km)
  • Carrier company and their rating

As you scroll, more fleet offers load automatically.

Filter to Find Your Truck

Route filters

Set Loading Location ("Where is the vehicle?") and Unloading Location ("Available to where?"). Add a search radius in km if exact matches are scarce.

Availability

Filter by Available From / Available To so only trucks free on your dates show up.

Vehicle

Filter by vehicle type, body type, vehicle size, and min / max capacity — make sure the truck actually fits your cargo.

Price

Set min / max price bounds to keep results within your budget.

Filter controls

Use "Apply Filters" to narrow down, and "Clear Filters" to start over. A counter shows how many filters are currently active.

Open a Fleet Offer

Click any card to open the details page. You'll see:

  • Availability — exact dates, loading and unloading locations, whether it's flexible or return-trip capable
  • Vehicle details — type, brand, model, year, plate, capacity, dimensions, loading meters, equipment (ADR, refrigerated + temperature range)
  • Driver — name, experience, languages, licenses
  • Pricing — flat price or rate per km, whether it's negotiable, what's included (driver, fuel), and additional costs
  • Company — carrier's name, rating, verified badge, member-since, completed deals

Book or Contact

Two big buttons sit on the details page:

Book Now

Confirms the booking at the posted price. A deal is created and the fleet offer leaves the marketplace. Use this when the offer already matches what you need.

Contact Carrier

Opens a chat thread with the carrier before you commit. Ask about timing, specific equipment, or negotiate the price.

If the offer is marked Negotiable, the carrier is signalling you can send a counter-offer — use chat to propose your number.

What Happens After Booking

  • The fleet offer moves to In Progress and disappears from the public list.
  • The chat thread stays open for coordination — driver contacts, exact pickup time, documents.
  • Both sides track the deal in My Deals until it's marked Completed.
  • After completion, both sides can leave a rating.

Troubleshooting

Not seeing the right trucks?

  • Widen the search radius or remove the exact destination filter.
  • Loosen the date range — shift by a day or two.
  • Check min capacity — it may be higher than needed and cutting results out.
  • If nothing matches your route right now, try again later — carriers post throughout the day.
