Add a Fleet Offer
This is how carriers publish an available truck on Pickup2 so shippers can find and book it. You need "Add" permission on Fleet Offers (Owners have it by default).
Before You Start
- Know where the truck is now (loading location) and where it can go (unloading location or region).
- Know the availability window — from / to dates.
- Have the vehicle details handy (type, body, capacity, plate, equipment).
- Decide on price — a flat rate, a rate per km, or "negotiable".
Open the Add Fleet Page
From the sidebar
Click "Add Fleet" (or "Add Fleet Offer"). You'll land on /fleet-offers/add.

Fill In the Fleet Offer
The form is a single page — fields marked with * are required. Fill in the four cards:
Loading Location
Where the truck is and when it becomes available:
- Day — the date the truck is available (switch to Range for a date window)
- Time — the availability time (or a time range)
- Location — where the truck is right now
- Distance (km) — how far around that point the truck can start

Unloading Location
Where the truck can go — the same Day / Time / Location / Distance (km) fields. Use + Add More to add several possible destinations.

Vehicle
Describe the offered truck:
- Vehicle Type / Body Type — select from the lists
- Features — optional equipment
- Capacity (t) / Loading Meters — fill in under Vehicle Details

Contact & Price
- Contact — the person shippers will contact
- Price per km (EUR) — your rate

Publish
Click "Publish Offer" — the truck goes live in the Fleet Offers list.
Save or Publish
Save as Draft
Keep editing later. Drafts live in My Fleets and aren't visible in the public list.
Publish Now
The fleet offer goes live. Shippers can book or contact you through chat immediately.
Only verified companies can publish fleet offers. If your company is still in verification, finish the verification steps first.
After Publishing
- The fleet offer shows up in My Fleets → Active.
- Any shipper interested opens a chat thread with you automatically.
- You can edit the offer (e.g. update the availability window) as long as it hasn't been booked.
- Not going to happen? Use Unpublish to hide it, or Delete to remove it entirely.
Tips
Get Booked Faster
- Post as soon as you know the truck is free — shippers plan days ahead.
- Be specific about return-trip availability — it's a big match signal.
- Upload or fill in driver info — shippers prefer offers with real people.
- Keep the availability window realistic — tight windows filter you out.
