My Fleets
My Fleets is where you track every fleet offer you or your company has posted — drafts, live offers, bookings in progress, and past ones.
Open My Fleets
The Two Tabs
Active
Fleet offers that are drafts, published, or in progress (booked but not yet completed).
Expired
Fleet offers past their availability window without a booking, plus cancelled or completed ones.
Scope: My Fleets vs. Company Fleets
If your account has "Manage" permission on Fleet Offers, a toggle lets you switch between:
- My Fleet Offers — only the ones you posted
- Company Fleet Offers — every fleet offer posted by anyone in your company
Owners and managers use this to supervise dispatchers and drivers.
Each Row at a Glance
Every fleet offer row shows:
- Route — loading → unloading locations
- Availability — from / to dates
- Vehicle — type and capacity
- Price
- Status — Draft, Published, In progress, Completed, Expired, Cancelled
- Posted by — useful in company scope
Click a row to open its details page and work with it.
Actions on a Fleet Offer
From the details page you can:
Edit
Change availability, route, price, or vehicle details. Works on drafts and published offers that haven't been booked.
Publish / Unpublish
Move a draft to the public list, or temporarily pull a published offer off the marketplace without deleting it.
Extend
Availability window about to close? Extend pushes the end date out without creating a new offer.
Duplicate
Copy an existing offer as a starting point for the next one — great for regular routes.
Delete
Remove a draft or an old offer you no longer need.
From Offer to Deal to Completed
Someone books your truck
The fleet offer moves to In progress, leaves the public list, and both sides now see the deal in My Deals.
You coordinate in chat
Share driver contact, confirm the exact pickup time, exchange documents (CMR, proof of delivery).
Mark as delivered
When the job is done, either side marks the deal Completed on its details page.
Rate each other
After completion, leave a rating on the other company. Ratings build your reputation on Pickup2 and influence how often you get booked.
Completed deals become part of your company's track record — visible to future shippers on every new fleet offer you post.
Filtering & Searching
In both tabs, you can narrow the list by:
- Date range — when the truck was available
- Status — Draft, Published, Completed, etc.
- Counterparty — search by company name
- Route — origin or destination
Troubleshooting
Can't See All Company Fleet Offers?
- The Company fleet offers toggle requires "Manage" permission on Fleet Offers. Owners have it by default; ask your owner to grant it if you need it.
- Offers posted by an employee who has left the company still appear under the company's scope.
An Offer Disappeared?
- Completed and cancelled offers move to the Expired tab — they're not gone, just filtered.
- If you Deleted an offer, it's removed permanently. There's no undo — use Unpublish instead if you just want to hide it.
