After verifying your email, you'll need to complete the company verification process. This 4-step process ensures the security and authenticity of all accounts on the platform.

Verification Steps Overview
The verification process consists of 4 steps:
- Contact Information - Add your personal contact details
- Document Verification - Upload company documents
- Verification Results - Review verification status
- Activation - Activate your account
Step 1: Contact Information
Provide your personal contact details to continue with the verification process.
Fill in the required fields:
- First Name - Enter your first name
- Last Name - Enter your last name
Click "Save & Continue" to proceed to the next step.
This step is optional but recommended. Adding contact information helps facilitate communication during the verification process.
Step 2: Document Verification
Upload documents that prove your company's registration and legitimacy.

- Click "Browse Files" or drag and drop your documents into the upload area
- Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG (max. 10MB per file)

AI-Powered Document Processing
Once uploaded, our system will automatically analyze your documents using AI technology:
The system performs three stages of analysis:
- Extracting - Reading information from your documents
- Comparing - Cross-referencing with your registration data
- Validating - Verifying the authenticity of the documents
Please don't close or refresh the page while documents are being processed.
Step 3: Verification Results
After document processing, you'll see the verification results. The system will indicate whether your documents have been successfully verified or if additional information is needed.
Step 4: Activation & Verification Payment
To complete the activation process, a one-time verification fee of €1.00 is required. This non-refundable payment confirms your identity and unlocks full platform access.
Payment Options
You can pay using any of the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Bancontact
- Revolut Pay
- EPS
Click "Pay €1.00" to complete the payment and activate your account.
After payment, your account will be fully activated and you can start using all platform features including posting loads, managing fleet offers, and communicating with other users.
