Change Password
Already signed in and want to update your password? Follow this guide to change it securely from your account settings.
How to Change Your Password
Open the Settings Page
Click on Settings in the main navigation menu to open your account settings.

Go to the Profile Tab
In Settings, open the Profile tab. Scroll down to the Security section and click the "Change Password" button.

Enter Your Current Password
On the Change Password page, type your current password in the first field. Use the eye icon to show or hide what you typed.

If your current password is wrong, you'll see the error: "Current password is incorrect".
Enter Your New Password
Type your new password in the "New Password" field, then re-type it in "Confirm New Password" so we can make sure they match.
Your new password must:
- Contain at least 8 characters
- Include at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- Include at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- Include at least one number (0–9)
- Include at least one special character (e.g. ! @ # $ %)
- Be different from your current password
Save the Change
Click the "Change Password" button to apply. The button will briefly show "Changing..." while it saves.
Use "Cancel" at any time to return to Settings without changes.
You're Done
You'll see the confirmation: "Password changed successfully". A confirmation email is also sent to your inbox.
For your security, you will be signed out automatically a couple of seconds after the change and redirected to the login page. Sign in with your new password — on every device you use.
Common Errors
Errors You Might See
- "Current password is incorrect" — the current password you entered doesn't match the one on file.
- "Passwords do not match" — the new password and its confirmation aren't identical.
- "New password must be different from current password" — choose a new password that's different from the one you're replacing.
- "Password must be at least 8 characters" / must contain uppercase, lowercase, number, or special character — your new password doesn't meet the requirements.
- "Failed to change password. Please try again." — a temporary error occurred; try again in a moment.
Troubleshooting
Having Issues?
- Forgot your current password? Use the password reset flow instead.
- Make sure Caps Lock is off when typing your current password.
- Check that your new password meets all the requirements above.
- If the page doesn't respond, refresh and try again.
