Freights & Orders Overview

Freights & Orders is where shippers post cargo and carriers find loads to haul. This page gives you a quick map of the area so you know where to go next.

Who Does What

Shippers

Companies with cargo to move. They create freight orders (pickup, delivery, cargo details, price) and publish them to the marketplace or send them to specific partners.

Carriers

Companies with trucks. They browse the marketplace, filter by route and vehicle type, and submit offers on freights they want to haul.

Most companies act as both — shipper on some loads and carrier on others. The menu adapts to the permissions your account has.

The Main Pages

Freight Marketplace

The public list of published freights. Open it to search, filter, and open any freight. This is the carrier's starting point.

Add Load (Create Freight)

A form where shippers fill in pickup/delivery, cargo details, vehicle requirements, price, and payment terms. Save as draft or publish immediately.

Freight Details

Every freight has a details page. Here you see everything about the load and the buttons to send offers, chat with the other side, or accept/reject.

My Orders

The shipper's view — every freight you (or your company) posted, grouped by Active and Expired.

My Deals

Once an offer is accepted, the freight becomes a deal. My Deals is where you track deals in progress and completed ones.

How a Freight Moves From Post to Delivery

Shipper creates and publishes a freight

The load appears in the public marketplace.

Carriers browse the marketplace

They filter, open the freight details, and submit an offer (their price).

Negotiation happens in chat

A chat thread opens automatically between shipper and carrier for each freight.

Shipper accepts an offer

The accepted offer becomes a deal. The freight is no longer available to other carriers.

Delivery happens

After the load is delivered, the deal moves to completed and both sides can rate each other.
