Freight Marketplace
The Freight Marketplace is where carriers find loads. It shows every freight published by shippers across the platform, with filters to narrow down to what fits your fleet.
Open the Marketplace
From the sidebar
Click "Orders" (or "Freight Marketplace") in the left sidebar. You'll land on /freight-orders.

What You See
The marketplace is a scrollable list of freight cards. Each card shows at a glance:
- Loading → unloading locations and dates
- Vehicle requirements (body type, size)
- Cargo summary (weight, volume)
- Price and payment terms
- Publisher (the shipper) with their rating
As you scroll, more freights load automatically.
Filter to Find Your Loads
Location filters
Narrow by pickup country/region and delivery country/region. Useful if you want return loads to a specific area.
Vehicle filters
Filter by body type (tautliner, reefer, box, flatbed, etc.), minimum size, and maximum weight so you only see loads your trucks can take.
Price & payment
Set a minimum price to skip low-paying loads, or a maximum payment term (e.g. only show loads with ≤ 30-day payment).
Date range
Restrict pickup date to today, this week, or a custom window.
Publication scope
Switch between the open exchange (all published loads) and loads sent directly to you by partner companies.
Save time: set your most-used filters once. They stay applied as you browse and return to the marketplace.
Open a Freight
Click any card to open the Freight Details page. There you'll find:
- Full pickup and delivery details
- Cargo description and any special notes
- Vehicle requirements
- Price and payment terms
- Publisher information — company name, location, rating, documents
- Buttons to send an offer and open chat
From details, you can submit an offer and negotiate.
Who Can Browse the Marketplace
Any employee with "View" permission on Freight Orders can open the marketplace — that includes Owners, Dispatchers, and Drivers by default. Only roles with "Add" permission can submit offers.
Troubleshooting
Not seeing any freights?
- Make sure your company is verified — unverified accounts can browse but not transact.
- Clear your filters — too many active filters can hide results. Look for a "Reset filters" button or clear them one by one.
- Check the date range — loads with pickup in the past won't appear.
- If the list is empty for your region right now, widen the location filters or try later — new loads are posted throughout the day.
