My Orders & Deals
My Orders and My Deals are where you keep track of everything you posted or won — from fresh drafts to completed deliveries.
My Orders (Shipper View)
Every freight you or your company posted lives here, grouped into tabs.
Open My Orders
In the sidebar, click "My Orders". You'll land on /freight-orders/my-orders.
Pick a tab
- Active — drafts, published freights, and scheduled ones awaiting pickup
- Expired — freights past their pickup date without a deal, plus cancelled ones
Switch scope (owners and managers only)
Toggle between "My orders" (posted by you) and "Company orders" (posted by anyone in your company). Drivers and dispatchers without manage permission only see their own.

Open any row
Click a freight to jump to its details page — edit it, review offers, chat, cancel, or accept.
My Deals (Carrier View)
Once an offer you sent is accepted, the freight becomes a deal and moves to My Deals.
Open My Deals
Click "My Deals" in the sidebar.
See what's active
Each deal shows the pickup/delivery, price, and current status: In progress (picked up but not delivered) or Completed.
Work the deal in chat
The chat thread you used to negotiate stays open — share driver contacts, CMR, proof of delivery, and updates here.
Freight Lifecycle at a Glance
Draft
You've started a freight but haven't published it yet. It's only visible to you.
Published / Scheduled
The freight is live — in the marketplace or sent to selected partners. Offers can come in.
In Progress
An offer was accepted. The freight is a deal now. No more offers accepted.
Completed
The load has been delivered. Deal closes and both sides can rate each other.
Expired / Cancelled
The freight ended without a completed delivery — either the pickup date passed or someone cancelled.
Completing a Deal
Mark as delivered
Once the carrier has delivered the cargo, either side can mark the deal Completed on the deal's details page.
Upload proof
Attach the CMR or any proof-of-delivery documents to the chat thread so everyone has a copy.
Rate the other side
After completion you can leave a rating — price matched what was agreed, communication was good, on-time, etc. Ratings are visible to future partners on both sides.

Ratings build your company's reputation on the platform. Higher-rated companies attract better offers and win deals faster.
Filtering & Searching
In both My Orders and My Deals you can narrow the list by:
- Date range — pickup or delivery window
- Status — active, completed, cancelled
- Counterparty — search by company name
- Route — origin or destination country
Troubleshooting
Can't See All Company Orders?
- The Company orders toggle requires "Manage" permission on Freight Orders. Owners have it by default; ask your owner to grant it if you need it.
- Freights that an employee posted before leaving the company still stay under the company's scope.
A Deal Disappeared?
- Completed deals are still there — they move to the Completed filter.
- Cancelled deals appear under the Cancelled or Expired filter depending on why they ended.
