My Deals workspace
My Deals is the workspace for everything that has been accepted — both sides of the table, both freight orders and fleet offers in one place. Deals are accepted offers, not separate records, so what you see here mirrors the offers you accepted (or that were accepted from you).
Where to find it
Sidebar → Deals (/deals). The page title is „Deals" and the subtitle reads „View and manage your accepted deals".

The page requires the „View deals" permission. Owners have it automatically. Drivers see a reduced view (the price column is hidden).
Two tabs at the top
Deals are split by what was accepted:
Freight Orders
Deals where an offer on a freight order was accepted. The orderer is the shipper, the contractor is the carrier.
Fleet Offers
Deals where an offer on a fleet offer was accepted. The orderer made the offer to the fleet, the contractor is the fleet owner.
Each tab shows its own list — empty if you've accepted nothing of that type.
„My" vs „Company" scope
Above the table you'll see a scope toggle:
- My deals — only deals you personally placed offers on or were assigned to
- Company deals — every deal made by anyone in your company
The Company option only appears for users with the „Manage deals" permission. Owners see it automatically; other roles need it granted via Team & Permissions.
The list
Desktop shows a table with these columns:
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Route | Loading → unloading countries/cities |
| Time left for review | Days remaining in the rating window (more on this below) |
| Contact person | Counterparty's contact name |
| Order ID / Offer ID | Reference for the underlying freight order or fleet offer |
| Orderer | The company that placed the order |
| Price | Agreed price (hidden for the Driver role) |
| Status | Currently always „Accepted" — only accepted offers reach this list |
The list paginates 20 items per page with Previous / Next buttons.
Mobile view
On phones each deal is a card with the same fields stacked. The chat icon is inline so you can jump straight to the conversation without opening details.
Empty state
A new account or one without deals of that type sees:
- Package or file-check icon
- „No Freight Order Deals" or „No Fleet Offer Deals"
- „You don't have any accepted deals for freight orders / fleet offers yet."
Opening a deal
Click any row (or tap a mobile card) to open the deal detail sheet — a slide-in panel with up to four tabs.
Tab 1 — Details
The freight or fleet offer itself, exactly as it was published:
- Route with loading and unloading info
- Transport details — vehicle requirements, body type, ADR, special equipment
- Additional info — external reference, publication date, internal notes
Tab 2 — Company
Information about the counterparty:
- Company name, country, address
- Contact person and phone
- Public company documents (licenses, insurance, certificates) — same as their public profile
Tab 3 — Deal
The numbers and timeline of the agreement:
- Agreed price and currency
- Offer details — notes, payment terms, the date the offer was valid until
- Timeline — when the offer was made → when it was accepted
- Deal assignment (managers only) — assign team members to manage this deal
Assigning team members doesn't notify them by email yet — let them know in chat or use the team list to brief them.
Tab 4 — Rating
Review window and rating submission:
- Counterparty's overall rating summary and recent reviews
- Form to submit your rating (stars + criteria + optional comment)
- Days remaining: 60 days for the orderer to rate the contractor, 120 days for the contractor to rate the orderer — different windows on each side
- If you've already rated, the form swaps to „Already reviewed"
Once the window closes the rating is locked. You can't rate retroactively. The Time Left for Review column on the list view is your reminder — keep it visible.
Working a deal in chat
Each deal row has an inline chat icon that jumps straight into the negotiation thread you used before acceptance. Use it for:
- Sharing driver contacts and licence plates
- Uploading or requesting CMR / proof of delivery
- Negotiating ETAs and live updates
- Confirming completion before either side rates
The chat thread remains live indefinitely after acceptance — no expiry tied to the deal status.
Permissions
| Permission | What it unlocks |
|---|---|
| View deals | See the My Deals page and your own deals |
| Manage deals | See the Company scope toggle, assign team members on the Deal tab, see deals from any colleague |
Drivers, even with View deals, see a price-redacted version of the list — the Price column is hidden, but everything else (route, timeline, chat) is visible so they can run the job.
Common questions
A deal I just accepted isn't here yet
The list refreshes when you switch tabs or reload. Try toggling Freight Orders ↔ Fleet Offers, or refresh the page. If it still doesn't appear after a minute, check that the offer status in the chat actually flipped to „Accepted" — sometimes the click happened but the network call failed.
Why don't I see the Company toggle?
You're missing the „Manage deals" permission. Ask an Owner to grant it via Team & Permissions, or stick with the My scope which shows your personal deals.
The price column is empty for me
You have the Driver permission set, which hides prices by design. If you need to see prices, ask an Owner to grant a higher permission set (Operations or Custom with deals.view plus price visibility).
Time left for review hit zero — can I still rate?
No. Ratings are time-locked: 60 days for the orderer, 120 days for the contractor, both counted from the day the offer was accepted. Once the counter hits zero the form is closed permanently.
A deal disappeared from My Deals
Deals don't get removed automatically. Check that you're on the right tab (Freight Orders vs. Fleet Offers) and the right scope (My vs. Company). If you genuinely can't find it and another teammate accepted it, switch to Company scope.
