Company Info & Logo
The Company Info tab is where you upload your company logo, edit the address and phone number, and review the basics that other Pickup2 users see when they look up your company.
Where to Find It
Settings → Company → Info sub-tab.

This tab requires the "Edit company" permission. Owners have it by default; other roles need it granted from the Team tab.
Upload Your Company Logo
Your logo appears on every freight order you publish, every fleet offer, in chat headers, and on your public profile — it's a powerful trust signal.
Find the logo card
At the top of the Company Info tab is an 80×80 logo preview with an "Upload Logo" (or "Change Logo") button.

Click the button or drag a file
- Max size: 5 MB
- Formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG
- Recommended dimensions: 200×200 px
Wait for the upload
A spinner appears while the file uploads. The logo replaces the previous one (or the placeholder building icon) immediately when done.
To remove the logo
Click the trash icon next to the logo. The fallback icon appears in its place.
Square images work best. SVG gives the sharpest result on retina screens. Use PNG with a transparent background if your logo isn't square.
Read-Only Info
Below the logo, four fields are displayed in read-only mode:
- Country
- Address — street and postal code
- Phone — formatted with country code (e.g.
+49 123 456 789) - VAT Number
If a field hasn't been filled in yet, it shows "Not set".
Edit Company Details
Click the "Edit Company" button (or open /settings/edit-company directly). You'll land on a dedicated edit page.

Editable Fields
- Company name — up to 100 characters, required
- Street address — up to 100 characters, required
- Postal code — up to 10 characters, validated against the country format
- Phone — country code + number, validated against international phone formatting
Read-Only on This Page
- Email — contact Support to change
- User Type — set during registration
- VAT Number — contact Support if it needs to change
- Country — set during registration
Save Flow
Click Edit
Fields unlock.
Make your changes
As you leave each field (on blur), Pickup2 validates it. Errors appear in red under the field.
Click Save Changes
On success: "Company settings updated successfully". The view returns to read-only mode.
Validation Errors You Might See
"Company name is required" / "Street address is required"
Both are mandatory. Fill them in to save.
"Please enter a valid postal code"
The postal code format is checked against your country (e.g. five digits for Germany, six for Poland). Double-check the format.
"Please enter a valid phone number"
Pickup2 validates the number against the country code you selected. Check both — using a German number with a French country code will fail.
"Failed to update company settings. Please try again."
A temporary connection or server hiccup. Retry in a moment.
Tips
Keep your info current
- An out-of-date phone number means missed calls during deals — keep it updated
- A clear company logo and a complete address make your company look established and trustworthy
- Your address and country also drive default location filters on the marketplace
