Vehicles (Fleet)

Your Autopark (vehicle fleet) is the list of trucks, vans, and trailers your company operates. Adding them once means you can publish a fleet offer with a couple of clicks instead of typing the same details every time.

Where to Find It

Two ways to get there:

  • Settings → Company → Autopark — quick view inside Settings
  • Sidebar → Fleet (/fleet/list) — full management page with extra filters
Autopark tab inside Settings

The two views show the same vehicles — Settings is just a compact overview with a link to the full page.

Adding and editing vehicles requires the "Manage fleet" permission (Owners have it by default).

Add a Vehicle

Click "+ Add Vehicle"

Either from Settings → Autopark or the Fleet page.

Pick the vehicle type

  • Truck — a complete cargo truck
  • Van — light commercial vehicle
  • Tractor — pulling unit (for semi-trailers)
  • Trailer — has a sub-type: trailer (full) or semi-trailer
Add Vehicle form

Fill in the registration plate and country

Required fields. The plate is shown on every fleet offer using this vehicle.

Vehicle specs (manufacturer, model, year)

These differ slightly per vehicle type — a tractor and a trailer have separate sub-sections.

Body type and dimensions

  • Body type — tautliner, refrigerated (reefer), box, flatbed, etc.
  • Length, width, height in meters
  • Loading meters (LDM) — the linear length of the loading area
  • Capacity — max weight in kg or tonnes
  • Volume in m³
  • Pallet count — how many EUR-pallets fit

Additional information (optional)

  • Fuel type, emission standard, eco category
  • ADR classes — for hazardous goods transport
  • Special features — tail-lift, GPS, straps, etc.
  • Gross weight, axle load, max axles
  • VIN, engine volume

Notes (free text)

Internal notes about the vehicle that only your company sees.

Click Save

The vehicle appears in your Autopark immediately. Success toast: "Vehicle added".

View a Vehicle's Details

Click any vehicle card to open the detail sheet, which shows every field you filled in plus the date it was added and last updated. Buttons at the bottom:

  • Edit — opens the same form pre-filled
  • Delete — removes the vehicle (see below)
  • Close — return to the list

Edit a Vehicle

Click Edit on the detail sheet

The Add Vehicle form opens with all fields pre-filled.

Make your changes

Anything is editable — plate, dimensions, ADR classes, notes.

Click Save

Changes appear immediately. Active fleet offers using this vehicle will reflect the new specs.

Vehicle Status

A vehicle can be in one of three states:

  • Active — available for fleet offers
  • Inactive — temporarily not in use (e.g. parked)
  • Maintenance — in the workshop

You can change the status from the detail sheet. Inactive and Maintenance vehicles don't appear in the picker when you publish a new fleet offer.

Delete a Vehicle

Click Delete on the detail sheet

A confirmation dialog appears.

Confirm

The vehicle is soft-deleted — hidden from the list but recoverable for a short time. Active fleet offers using this vehicle are not affected automatically; clean them up if needed.

Soft delete keeps the history. Past freight orders and fleet offers that referenced this vehicle still work — only future offers can't pick a deleted vehicle. Contact Support if you ever need to fully restore one.

Empty State

A brand-new company sees:

  • A truck icon
  • "No vehicles added"
  • A + Add Vehicle button

Tips

Get the most out of your Autopark

  • Add every vehicle once. Future fleet offers fill themselves in from the list — saving lots of typing.
  • Keep dimensions accurate. Shippers filter by minimum length, weight, and pallet count — wrong numbers cost you matches.
  • Mark inactive vehicles as Inactive instead of deleting them. They stay in the history and are easy to bring back.
  • Add ADR classes if you ever transport hazardous goods. Shippers searching for ADR-capable carriers will find you.

Common Errors

Permission denied

You don't have the "Manage fleet" permission. Ask your Owner to grant it from the Team tab.

"Failed to save vehicle"

A network or server hiccup. Wait a moment and click Save again — the form keeps your input.
