Settings Overview

Settings is where you manage your personal profile, company information, vehicles, documents, invoices and team. This page gives you a quick map of where everything lives.

How to Open Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar (gear icon) or open the URL /settings directly.

The Tabs You'll See

Settings uses a two-level tab layout:

Profile

Your personal account — name, profile picture, password, mobile biometric login and account deletion.

Company

Your company-level settings, split into sub-tabs:

  • Info — company name, address, phone, logo
  • Documents — licenses, certificates, insurance
  • Billing — invoices and verification fee
  • Team — employees and permissions (Owners only)
  • Coins — your PickUp Coins balance
  • Autopark — your vehicles

Who Can See What

Settings is permission-aware:

  • Owners see everything
  • Other roles (Manager, Dispatcher, Driver) see what their permissions allow — for example, only employees with "Edit company" permission can change the company logo
  • "Manage employees" is required to invite or remove teammates
  • Account deletion is restricted to Owners only
